The heart of the house is the panoramic veranda, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing moments, complemented by a sunbathing area with loungers. Guests can also enjoy a shared swimming pool with a view.

The house is accessible via a short footpath through the vegetation and has a reserved parking space.

Just minutes away are some of the most beautiful beaches in the area: Li Cossi, Li Tinnari, La Sorgente, and Le Baiette, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, or relaxing between sea and nature.

The house can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of a bright living room with a sofa and a modern kitchen, with direct access to the panoramic terrace.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with 1 bunk bed consisting of 1 single bed and 1 double sofa-bed. The house features one bathroom.

The property is equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort even during the hottest months.

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.

Refundable Security Deposit by credit card (mandatory): 500.00€


NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer costs
