With ensuite king room, twin/super king room, sofa bed, private parking, garage and access to Hay Barn Hampshire facilities. Opposite The Anchor Pub (20% off meals, breakfast from 8am). Great base for Farnham, Winchester, Petersfield & Guildford. Ideal for getaways, weddings or workshops. Including your own private garden, with lovely country walks near by and a duck pond within a 5 min walk.

Clean stylish heated floors in the upstairs bathroom central to where you need to go in regards to Jane Austen country pleasant walks and surrounding area pleasant people owner was very accommodating nothing was too much trouble Would recommend this lovely CottageBetter road signage would be helpful

Cottage was lovely, everything we would expect from a cozy cottage in the English countryside.We visited the recommended local sites of Odiham, Jane Austen's home and Chawton house and they were lovely.

The cottage was very clean and of a high standard. Our host cane to see us the first evening that we were there. Beds very comfortable. We had a bit of trouble with the thermostat and couldnt get any hot water on the morning that we left so we could not have a bath or shower.

The cottage is beautifully presented, is well furnished and comfortable. The upstairs double room has an enormous en-suite with bath and separate, large walk in shower. Downstairs is a pretty twin room and separate bathroom (bath with shower over), alongside the lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Outside there is a large gravelled area for cars together with a small lawn with patio, table and chairs. The location is within the very picturesque village of Froyle - think of red brick cottages and pretty cottage gardens. With the benefit of an excellent pub - The Anchor - just along the road, which is open from breakfasts onwards, and you can be as lazy as you wish! Just a few minutes from the A31 makes it easy to travel all around the surrounding areas to explore as much as you wish. Lara has been a very good host and has dealt with our questions quickly and efficiently. We would not hesitate in recommending this as a place to stay and hope to return in the future.
