Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, and good communication with the landlord. That said, I didn't have hot water, the shower/bath plumbing didn't work, there were no instructions for using any of the appliances ( gas range, but no instructions, and I couldn't read any of the nobs), the boiler kept cutting out all the time, and the fridge kept going off, so overall not a good experience. I sense this flat was given a lick of paint, some new carpeting, some cheap furniture, and thrown onto the short-term rental market. And the view into the back garden revealed broken indoor furniture, overgrown weeds, and completely neglected property. I give this a hard no.
