This unique unit, hosted by My Huatulco Vacation, features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and includes electricity for all short term stays (*less than 28 nights in length). Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds, while the third has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stunning turquoise cabinets which give the unit a splash of colour. Cosmo Residences and Spa offers a resort style amenities with the privacy of your own condo.

Used as a show unit, this kitchen adds a fun pop of colour to the condo! Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, this open concept kitchen allows you to converse with the rest of your group while preparing meals!

This unit is just a short walk from Arrocito beach with convenient access to amenities. With seating for your whole group on the expansive terrace, everyone can enjoy the views of the gardens with the ocean in the distance!

Well equipped with wonderful amenities and a nice view of Arrocito Bay. We do miss Oceans Restaurant but Casa Marina is a very nice option as well. All the staff at MHV were very helpful and responsive when we had a question. Would recommend this property and MHV without hesitation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was the perfect set up for two couples to stay. It is rare to find accommodations with 2 king size beds. Not only did this condo have 2 kind size beds, they were at opposite ends of the condo allowing for privacy. Condo was well stocked with drinkable water and much more. Quiet location and close to everything. Taxi's were minutes away. Pool was refreshing and you can snorkel at the beach. Everything was near perfect, but if I had to list one change, it would be the TV in the livingroom is small for the distance to the couch. Hardly worth mentioning as your not there to watch TV!!!

Great vacation

We took our adult children so the space was great, if you’re looking to do excursions you should know it’s a hour to a hour and 30 mins away. Town is a short cab ride away and is 60 pesos so very affordable. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and relax this is it. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We had an issue with our air conditioning not working and Jose got it working for us in no time. The only problem I didn’t like was the little spiders everywhere. Could not leave anything on the counter at all or it would be full of bugs we were told to use the raid but I didn’t want to spray it in counters as I was worried it would wreck the finish. Beach is small and water is good to swim in it’s not rough. Little beach bar was great for a snack or bite to eat Would stay again.

About the bugs, Huatulco is a tropical place, the ecosistem here is the jungle, this place is the home of thousands of animals, plants and insects. the diversity and the huge amount of beings living here is the beuty of this place and what makes it so alive. We know is anoying to deal with some animals, thats why we fumigate all our properties at least twice a mont, but even like that, is almost imposible to stop all this insects, and to be honest, we are the ones invading their space. I know in north america or europe is very rare to have insects around, but here is our daily basis, so the best we can do is clean our properties tiwce a week, fumigate tice a month and try to not leave food or anything outside of the fridge so the insects cant go inside. Thank you so much to be so consider with the property and not use Raid, that was very kind of you. It was very nice to have you here! We loved to host you and we hope to see you again soon,. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked the villa itself. The positives; It was a perfect size and fit for our teenage girls, my wife and I. The location was great. Nice beach and pools. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The nice to haves; the infinity pool needed a cleaning, some green algae was building up by mid week of our stay so I would suggest more attention to detail on the cleanliness. Unfortunately the restaurant on site was shut down so no dining out options on site. The big negatives; the Villa was managed by My Huatulco Vacations. The overall service was a big miss. The communication was terrible and at times unresponsive. The only time "Joe" would responded was when he thought we would spend money. We were told we would have bottled drinking water when we checked in; it did not show up until day 3. I asked Joe about the some excursions he responded quickly but in the same email I asked about check out response. I asked about our transport to the airport; no response. Then he later said he responded and that I must have deleted his email. I kept all his emails and had no filters blocking his communications but he refused to accept responsibility for poor communication. Our check out process was rectified by the on site agent, which was nice. Joe's solutions were always based on us spending more money with his company and when we opted out because we found better options and he would simply not respond. We booked through the Marriott Villas brand of properties and throughout my years of travel I have had nothing but great experiences throughout the Marriott family of properties. In my opinion, the "My Huatulco Vacations" experience was a big disappointment and let down from the Marriott brand. The property itself was magnificent but "My Huatulco Vacations" service didnt reach the standards I have come to expect from Marriott properties. MY final suggestion, Marriott needs ensure their booking partner represents the quality expected from a Marriott product.

Reviewer Comments: Debo mencionar que en un inicio dudamos si era confiable, puesto que no encontrábamos más datos de la agencia, pero después de llamar a turismo de Huatulco nos confirmaron su veracidad y decidimos contratar y aunque el proceso de la contratacion fue un poco complicado de entender, en cuanto nos comunicamos, nos pudieron asesorar y fue mucho más sencillo. Sin duda recomendaríamos ampliamente a My Huatulco vacation, pues las residencias y el trato es de lo mejor que podrán encontrar.Gracias por todo!!

Comfortable Stay in Cosmo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable 3-day stay in Cosmo. The unit was clean and well-equipped with most home comforts. Security staff was very responsive to requests for calling taxis whenever needed and the taxis arrived within a minute or two. The nearby Ocean Restaurant provided us with most of our meals. We will definitely stay here again when we need 2 to 3 night accommodations.

Unfortunately, my wedding ring disappeared from my ensuite bathroom during our stay, which was heartbreaking. I think it’s important to let you know that someone with access to the condos cannot be trusted. Having said that, we had no other problems with this beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We are so sorry to hear about your missing ring; we didn´t know anything about this and regret that you did not contact us for our assistance before you left! Though we never like to hear about a guest missing an item, it is one of the benefits of booking a stay through an agency like ours to have us take action on your behalf and assist with any language barriers that may exist. The only people who had keys were yourselves as our guests and one dedicated person within our company in case of emergencies. This was the person you were in touch with several times throughout your stay. I trust that the 5 Stars you gave our team and the personalized email/thank that you sent is a reflection of the fact that you do not think our company was involved. You had your mid-stay cleaning on Tuesday March 15 and the cleaning person has worked with us for the last 10 years; she is a person of total trust in the company. We are thinking that the ring may have fallen somewhere without you realizing it and hope you find it in your luggage! It has happened on a few occasions where an item has temporarily gone missing and when notified we have been able to coordinate assistance (example: having a plumber scope the pipes etc.). As you saw on the day of your check out, we managed to tell you that you had forgotten clothes but you commented to us that you left them behind on purpose for whoever could benefit from them (thank you!). We always check the property to verify that guests don’t forget things of value. On March 3rd (before this review) the cleaning girl reported an earring; we notified you and you said it was not yours. Upon receiving this review we again checked every corner of the property but unfortunately we did not find your ring. We are very sorry for the incident but rest assured that if we are to locate it we would let you know immediately! We hope to see you again soon! My Huatulco Vacation Team.

There was a major waterfall in the main bedrooms closet due to an issue with the air conditioning unit. The property manager Gabriela, took too long to get the issue checked and resolved, and they essentially made my party loose one entire day checking the issue, waiting for maintenance, and finally moving us to a different property. Will not rent from this vendor ever again.

We stayed at Cosmo, which for us was a great combination of on-site facilities, easy beach access, quiet surroundings, and reasonable proximity to town. Owners and renters alike were friendly and helpful. Our unit was well located and equipped. The MHV people looked after any requests we had promptly and were a joy to work with from initial booking to checkout. Happy hour was another way to get to know other interesting people, too. Would absolutely book again.

Beautiful condo and the best beach for kids!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cosmo Condos are absolutely stunning. Modern with luxury finishes, exceptionally clean, huge patio and great amenities. Very secure and safe location not far from the town of La Crucecita for meals out.The pools are all wonderful and the short walk to Arrocito is a breeze. Playa Arrocito is a small beach with gentle waves, great for families with kids. The on-site restaurant Ocean is delicious and happy hour was a bonus. Stay here, you will love it!
