A clean house with very good amenities. Beds are firm and good. It's spacious and well equipped. However, there were many problems due to poor maintenance. First, the door Yale lock worked erratically, it took many tries to open the door most of the time. We were locked out several times, and had to try to open the lock for more than 20 times before it worked. On the last morning, the lock just failed completely, we were locked out in the rain for more than 1.5 hrs with all of our suitcases still inside the house, as a result we also missed our flight. Called the emergency number and was told office will not be opened until 9am and we had to wait for someone from the office toncome to help. Finally luckily at maybe 100 tries the lock opened. Secondly, the wifi password was wrong and we were not able to connect to Wifi, had to use international phone call to call the office to find the router, and resolved the issue ourselves. The parking space was not marked and took us a long time to search and again thru the phone call to ascertain which space to use. After we entered the house, there was a picture in the welcome book showing where the space is but not in the web version. There was a shower head holder, so we had to use one hand to hold the shower head to take the shower, very troublesome. The tub has a low ceiling, very easy to bump your head against the ceiling while taking shower.
