I love that this apartment is a peaceful haven in such a central location. The high ceilings, thick walls, and blend of historic charm and modern comfort make it truly special.

The neighborhood is full of character, with many gourmet food shops and a supermarket right across the road. Two of my favorite coffee bars—Leon Blanc and Millefoglie—are just five minutes’ walk away in opposite directions.

An excellent fish restaurant is only 80 meters down the street.

That it’s on the border of central Florence and and the spaces are wide, bright and Green and easy access to the countryside and train station and all famous landmarks. Also because it’s in the most authentic part of Florence, San Frediano. You can hear the local church bells from Santa Maria del Pignone and it’s quite a village atmosphere. Apart from great bars and restaurants just next door, there is a large supermarket just across the road. The flat itself is very serene and relaxing.
