The accommodations were nice and the beds were comfortable.The Host did not respond in a timely manner to numerous communications on the VRBO siteand never fixed the issue of a room heater that could not be turned down.

Hello Pamela. Thank you for the feedback. I am a bit confused. All questions were answered within 30 mins and most within 5 mins. I have shown you into the flat in person, and have shown you how to operate the heating in person. There was no communication or issues raised after your check in otherwise we would have fixed anything. I m hoping there s been a confusion in accommodations and this was not meant for Edinburgh flat. Thank you for your stay and Happy new year. Bruno

We enjoyed our stay! Was lovely to come back to a nice warm and cozy apartment after a cold day in the city. Felt like staying at a friend’s house, the beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Absolutely fantastic location, bus stop was around the corner, very quiet, and walking distance from a grocery store. Only sticking point is the apartment could use a good deep clean. We did find it to be surface level clean, so it wasn’t too big of a concern. However, it needed a proper cleaning.Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it!

We like the place. The only issue we have is thw heating. The heating does not work well. Not sure if it is the time settings but the apartment generally cold.
