On the second floor, with elevator (with a few steps and a ramp).
Very central location, surrounded by amenities: supermarket, shops, restaurants, and cafés are nearby.

Traveling by train? 1.7 km from the Taggia Arma station. Too far? Take the Riviera Trasporti bus line 13 to the city center!
100 meters from the Ponente Ligure cycling path! Bring your own bike or rent one here and relax as you cycle through the coastal villages of Western Liguria.
