Perfect location for getting around Paris, with lot's to do in the local area. Great place, really well equipped to cater for yourself if required. Only reason a 'good' rather than 'fantastic' rating was the size of the bathroom, very small, which for 2 tall people was a bit of a challenge.

Very nice and clean vrbo in secure area close to food and convenient metro stop. We loved having access to a kitchenette and washing machine. The bed was comfortable and pull out sofa was roomy. The only suggestion I have is for a second fan to help air circulation during the hot weather. The bedroom was very hot. We stayed 4 nights.

The responsiveness was very strong and overall the apartment is cute. What was not included in the description is that the rental is a basement apartment and your first step into the apartment is on a fairly narrow staircase. One has to balance on the top step to unlock and lock the apartment. It was fine for us, but anybody that has balance issues or difficulty with stairs should be advised. Also, there is an outer gate and an inside gate and both have to be accessed to get to your apartment. The courtyard is extremely dark and the area above the entryway of the apartment is not lighted. If you come in after dusk, someone needs to have an Apple phone with a flashlight, etc., to even see where the lock is. The sofa bed was fairly comfortable. There is a small closet about 18 inches wide, which was perfect for our jackets. One important thing to note: I made the reservation through Vrbo. I would get contact information from them. Bellvilla then took over the correspondence which ppwas confusing. Correspondence then came from Check My Guest. It was very confusing. Also, we tried to get in contact with the rental property to see if we could drop off our bags early prior to the 4 PM checklist. I kept asking the question Via emails and the response was to contact another individual by phone. Despite multiple phone calls, I never had a person pick up. Lovely apartment for two women, this would be difficult set up for two couples due to extremely small bathroom.
