The renovated kitchen features custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless appliances. Each private ensuite bathrooms offers a walk-in showers with high-end tile, marble accents, and sleek new vanities.

Thoughtfully designed with a mix of curated original art and handpicked furnishings from Arhaus, Restoration Hardware, and Pottery Barn, this home blends modern comfort with coastal charm.

• Large, OPEN CONCEPT living and dining area with a new 55 inch Samsung smart HD TV on a full motion mount that enables adjusting to almost any angle and allows you to enjoy our xfinity channel package as well as the ability to log in directly to all of your personal streaming accounts. Living area opens to both oceanfront balconies!

• Gorgeous white kitchen with ALL NEW high end Stainless Steel Appliances including a wine cooler, NEW cabinets, NEW quartz counters and a large assortment of small appliances, kitchen utensils and cookware

• The two king bedroom suites have new hybrid mattresses and high end luxury sheets and bedding. Each has a desk with charging station and both open to private oceanfront balconies! Each have new 42 inch Samsung smart HD TV’s on motion mounts that allow you to enjoy our xfinity channel package as well as the ability to log in directly to all of your personal streaming accounts. All new baths in each suite with NEW tile and marble showers, NEW vanities (one has double sinks), NEW flooring and lighting.



• Generous COVERED VERANDAS off of each bedroom open to the living room as well creating an unbelievable flow! One features a pair of swivel gliders as well as a bistro dining set and the other has a outdoor dining table for 4!

• Free (and generally very reliable) Wi-Fi High Speed broadband Xfinity Internet – no problem with video conferencing, zoom meetings, etc. Since we are on a barrier island, there are occasional outages, but Xfinity has been great about restoring service quickly.

• The mechanical room off of the hall near the laundry closet also contains beach gear,  beach chairs, umbrella and tennis racquets.

• Fully equipped kitchen with most everything you need including both Keurig and regular drip coffee makers.

• The elevator that services our building is just outside our unit providing very easy access.

• There is a front door Arlo camera doorbell for security but no other camera inside the property.

The Surf and Racquet Club is a gorgeous, private, gated resort that is extremely well maintained. The resort offers DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS, 2 AMAZING POOLS and 4 HAR-TRU TENNIS COURTS that are meticulously maintained with a resident tennis pro. The lovely grounds and sweeping lawns are just steps away from the RITZ CARLTON via either the beach or a paved pathway draped by a live oak canopy.

Please note that this unit is set up for adults only... Although we love children (and have raised 2 ourselves!), there are NO child safety features in the condo, we have high end furnishings, high end original art, showers only and the 2 separate 6th floor balconies aren't child friendly, so we simply aren't comfortable hosting children. Thanks for understanding.

Unless a prior agreement has been made, the individual who books the property must also be the primary guest staying at the property. Prior approval is required for any booking in which the person making the reservation will not be the primary occupant of the unit.

The location of this south end resort accessed from an idyllic tree canopied street just steps away from the Ritz Carlton can’t be beat! Miles of beachfront at the back of the complex and miles of pristine paved trails to the front with pools and tennis on the property and golf, restaurants and shopping all less than a mile away offer something for everyone! Parking is easy and free within the gated community.

We have a keyless entry system that makes checking in easy and we will be in touch before your visit with codes and other info for your visit.
