Imagine waking up just 200 metres from La Concha Beach, going out for a walk along its long seafront avenue looking at the sea or cycling along the cycle path that connects Playa Honda with Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen. All this while enjoying the tranquillity of a perfect area to rest and, at the same time, with local restaurants, bars and a shopping centre just 5 minutes' walk away.
Our cosy 50 m² house, located on the first floor, has been designed for you to fully enjoy your stay in Lanzarote. Ideal for 2 people (couples or friends), it combines comfort, proximity to the beach and the relaxed atmosphere you are looking for in your holidays.

Modern bathroom with shower tray, washing machine, iron and board.
