The open-plan ground floor is thoughtfully designed with a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a central island with breakfast bar. The living space includes a large sofa and TV, with French doors leading to an enclosed courtyard that enjoys the afternoon sun—perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea. Upstairs, you’ll find a comfortable king-size bedroom, a single with a pull-out bed, and a modern shower room. Private parking for one car is also included.

Beyond the doorstep, Bridlington is rich in coastal charm and attractions. Golden sands stretch for miles, while the harbour bustles with daily trawler landings of crab and lobster.
