The street-facing windows let in plenty of natural light. Some daytime street noise is possible, but insulated windows help keep the space comfortable.

The shared kitchen is integrated into the entrance hall and is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and all essential utensils including pots, pans, knives, and cutlery, perfect for preparing everyday meals.

The apartment includes a shared bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, bathtub, and sink; all located in the same space.
