Peary House in Powburn, Northumberland, sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.
Peary House consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, an external utility room, a living/dining room with Smart TV and chess, and a snug with a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with dressing room and en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, two super-king-size rooms (zip/link can be twin on request), and a double, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with courtyard, lawn, furniture and gazebo, and off-road parking for three car, with further roadside parking available. Within 1.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a starter pack for the woodburning stove. Pets are not permitted at this property. An amazing trip awaits you at Peary House. Note: A welcome pack is provided for guests on arrival. Please be aware that a minimum stay of 3 nights is required for this property
