Sea Breeze is a beautiful light and airy property part of a recent and select conversion of traditional stone built barns just outside Newton by the Sea. Sea Breeze has exceptionally light and spacious rooms with a large enclosed garden facing the coast.

Beadnell Bay offers excellent sandy beaches and there are spectacular coastal paths with wonderful scenery. The village has a pub which serves food and the historic town of Alnwick is only a short drive away.

Perfect location

Lovely house , perfect on summer days I’m sure but a bit cold for us to enjoy the garden, great for the dogs , very secure. The house was very cold when we got there but it does get warm when the thermostat has been turned up. The only negative I have is the shower , which is very poor. I also don’t understand why they would leave a very tatty stool in the lounge and as others have mentioned the paint work needs a lot of attention.
