Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please make sure windows are shut, we can get seagulls!
Please return any furniture which has been moved to original location
There is a camera tripod by the front door of 21 if you would like to take a group photo on the front steps
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace, provided the ashtrays we supply are used and emptied on departure.

Why they chose this property

Between the sea and the South Downs is an ideal place to enjoy the English countryside. Originally one of the 46 Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty now called the South Downs National Park accessed via Beachy Head a short walk from our front door along the charming regal promenade and seafront.

What makes this property unique

We are located in an enviable position between the Wish Tower Martello Fort and the Pier putting us at the heart of the seafront whilst also being adjacent to the major theatres, art galleries and restaurants.
