Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Too small. Dangerous staircase. Dirty. We had to crouch under scaffolding to get to the entry door. The apartment was uninhabitable because of scaffolding, construction, workers on the balcony. Management offered 500 Euro refund to show “good faith.” They never kept that promise. No fire extinguisher. They told me a fire extinguisher is not necessary. Well, yeah. Not usually, but on special occasions. 4 of the electrical outlets did not work and were not repaired during our 2 week stay. These folks don’t care about your safety or comfort. Stay here at your peril. I had to call multiple entities and people. None of them did anything. When the construction is over, it will still be small and dirty with a dangerous staircase and uncaring inept management.

Diese Wohnung hat während meines Aufenthalts in Paris alle meine Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Der separate Eingang gab mir ein Gefühl der Sicherheit, und die Waschmaschine war ungemein praktisch. Auch die bereitgestellten Handtücher und Bettwäsche fand ich sehr angenehm, da sie mir das Einleben erleichterten.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment genossen. Es war sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Fernseher war eine nette Geste, um nach einem langen Sightseeing-Tag zu entspannen. Die nahegelegenen Restaurants waren ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt, da man so leicht etwas essen konnte.

Das Sublim 1BDR ist eine hervorragende Wahl für alle, die die Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe haben möchten. Ich war begeistert vom bequemen Bett und dem geräumigen Badezimmer. Der Wasserkocher war perfekt für meinen morgendlichen Tee. Insgesamt eine gute Option für einen Kurztrip nach Paris.

Die Lage ist fantastisch! Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Arc de Triomphe und dem Eiffelturm entfernt. Nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen genoss ich es, auf der Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadt zu entspannen. Das WLAN war zuverlässig, was ein Pluspunkt war, um mit Freunden zu Hause in Kontakt zu bleiben.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Sublim 1BDR AC Arc de Triomphe Champs Élysées. Das Apartment war kürzlich renoviert worden, und ich fand das moderne Ambiente sehr ansprechend. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, was die Zubereitung des Frühstücks jeden Morgen zum Kinderspiel machte. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage an den heißen Tagen eine echte Wohltat!
