Life is Better at The Conner Lodge No Cleaning Fees

The Conner Lodge is located in the Foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains and offers a peaceful country setting in our beautiful TN mountain area just a few miles from Lake Tellico and near The Dragon. The Lodge accommodates up to six guests. The lower level rental has a private entrance with a large outdoor patio area and firepit area with comfortable seating for guests. There is a large private back yard overlooking wooded acreage where you will probably see a few deer during your stay. Enjoy high speed internet and high end cable with dish network. There are 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a large side by side fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and small convection oven. We provide plates, cups, and silverware as well as breakfast/snack items and pots and pans for cooking. The Lodge has a very large cement driveway with an additional gravel parking area great for parking boats and motorcycle trailers. No additional cleaning fees are charged for your stay at The Conner Lodge. The Lodge is about 30 minutes from Townsend and within an hour of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Fort Loudon Damn is about 15 minutes away which has some of the best fishing around this area.

This is a beautiful property! The back porch, patio and firepit face out to a relaxing backyard with flowers, trees and pure relaxing. Ate breakfast on the patio each morning. You feel like the whole place is yours. The pool table provides endless entertainment. Beds were super comfortable and everything was spotless. There is no kitchen sink but we never missed it. Plenty of great resturants within very short drive. The decor was fun and funky. I would recommend this 100% with hesitation and would stay there again if we are in the area again. Loved it!

We stayed during the Bassmaster Classic weekend. I pulled my boat along and this place was super accommodating and safe to leave all our fishing equipment, etc. overnight and during the day while we attended the weigh ins. I just wish we had more time to hang out with the host and have drinks around the fire pit. Maybe next time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for relaxation and a close place to the lake.

We had such an incredible getaway at this home in Greenback. From the moment we arrived the views completely took our breath away, so peaceful and private. It felt like our own little retreat. The home was spotless and incredibly well appointed. Especially love spending time in the outdoor space, it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery and the pool table was a fun bonus also. The host was a fantastic to work with - communication was clear, timely, and genuinely helpful which made everything seamless from start to finish. This property is perfect for groups looking to spend quality time together but also ideal if you’re just craving a quiet, peaceful escape, I would absolutely stay here again.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, with excellent communication. The lodge was very clean and comfortable. My nephew really enjoyed playing pool on the pool table. This is a very nice place to stay with even nicer people as your hosts. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Why they chose this property

I found this beautiful property years ago which is in a quiet country setting on 3 1/2 acres and wanted to share it with others visiting our beautiful Tennessee mountain area.

What makes this property unique

The Conner Lodge is conveniently located in a quiet mountain setting but still close to major attractions in this area. We are on the quieter side of The Great Smokey Mountains only about 20 minutes from The Dragon and about 30 minutes from Townsend and The Foothills Parkway. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are only about an hour from our property. Lake Tellico with boat ramp access is just a few miles from the property for boaters and those who love fishing. Fort Loudon Damn is less than 15 minutes away with nice boat access also. There are several beautiful golf courses near the Lodge for golf enthusiast and hiking trails for those who love to hike.
