We’re always just a message away! A Guest Relations Manager will be in touch before your arrival and will assist you throughout your stay.

A dedicated check-in host will meet you at the apartment at your chosen check-in time to welcome you and assist with the check-in process.

Guests are welcomed in person at check-in and provided with all necessary information about the property and area. Our team is available throughout your stay for assistance or special requests—either via phone, WA, or email. We respect your privacy but are always just a message away if you need anything, from extra amenities to local tips. For urgent matters, a 24-hour emergency contact is provided.

The lower part of the Sea Point neighbourhood is trendy and popular with an abundance of restaurants, bars, boutiques and convenient stores. The My City bus is less than 500 metres from the apartment, offering easy access to rest of the city.
