We booked this apartment for two families (10 total) we packed accordingly because we made sure we had a washier to wash clothes ( traveling with three kids, so definitely needed the washier) The washier was broken, we made the property manager aware on Monday along with needing trash bags, which was the day we arrived. When someone finally came on wednesday ( we were leaving Thursday morning) he only had trash bags and he said he knew nothing of the washier. I e mailed once again about the washier and she said she was sending someone with a part. Nothing. One of the bedrooms does not have AC at all. Extremely hot. No shutters in the one bedroom so the sunlight came in right at sunrise. Bathroom situation is not ideal at all for that many people. Shower in the hallway does not drain properly so you are standing in water as it doesn’t drain until you get out. There were bugs on the wall in the one bathroom. Would never stay here again and do not recommend this place at all! I would stay in Plaka if I would go back to Athens, that area was beautiful. This place also said keyless entry, It was not so you had to share the key and really couldn’t split up with anyone you were with.

As soon as you informed us, we arranged for a technician to visit. Unfortunately, the required replacement part was not immediately available, so the repair could not be completed before your departure. We understand how inconvenient this was, especially when traveling with children. Regarding the trash bags, they were delivered as soon as possible after your request. We also appreciate your comments and we will review these points with our maintenance team to ensure they are addressed. We would also like to clarify that the apartment is equipped with an electronic keyless access system, as described in the listing. However, if guests experience any difficulty using the system, we provide physical keys as an alternative to ensure they can access the apartment without interruption. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
