“Il Casale Rosceto" is a stunningly beautiful 2-storey villa dating back to the year 1900. The villa has recently been completely refurbished and now fits in perfectly to the surrounding Italian mountain scenery.

The location on a ridge makes for a picturesque view of the lush landscape. And this view is especially enjoyed from the sun loungers by the swimming pool or from the comfortable hammock in the large garden.
The house consists of several “apartments”. On the ground floor you will find a spacious apartment with a room with a double bed as well as a room with two single beds. Here you will also find a small kitchen and a bathroom. The ground floor also has a room with 2 single beds and a newly renovated bathroom. A large dining-hall style living room can accommodate all of the house guests and has a big fireplace with plenty of room to sit next to it curled up with a good book and a glass of wine. Next to the living room you will also find the Villas biggest kitchen which is newly renovated and has an exit straight out to the outdoor cooking area with a large stone oven and a barbecue.

On the first floor you will find 2 bigger apartments. The first one called “L’Olivo” accommodates 5 people in 2 separate rooms - One with a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom and the other with 2 single beds and a bathroom. This apartment also has its own kitchen.

The second apartment called “Il Vigneto” accommodates 7 people and has 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms has double beds and the last has 3 single beds. This apartment also has its own kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

The villa and the associated scenic grounds are fenced in and has space for both smaller and larger companies with up to a total of 18 visitors. Children and pets are allowed and you will find several activities like table tennis, volleyball net and a playground on the grounds which makes this an optimal place for the perfect family vacation.

A holiday here means world-class relaxation, surrounded by stunning greenery and charming little villages with traditional restaurants not far away.

NB: The villa doesn’t actually have its own specific address as it is located in a small area with a few other houses nearby. But fear not. It will still be easy to find. A car is also necessary for a stay in this region of Italy.
