Moraira winter sunshine escape - villa with enclosed naya, C/H, two beds/baths

A private family villa located in a quiet residential area with open aspect to the rear. Views are towards Cumbre del Sol.
The villa is south facing and in the sun all day long. The villa is let as two bedrooms and two bathrooms from November through to May with a minimum of 4 night stays and maximum of 10 nights. The sun in the day means the lounge is warm but we have full central heating to ensure a comfortable warm interior. We also have a sunny enclosed naya.
Our pool patio area is designed for outdoor alfresco dining (including large BBQ) but there is a dining table and four chairs inside. The pool is maintained all year round but not heated. A wetsuit would be needed to swim comfortably in the low season.
The main town bars and restaurants in Moraira are a short 4 minute drive away or approximately 25 minute leisurely stroll. Local shops, bars and restaurant at Tabaira are about a 15 minute walk but a car is recommended as there are no pavements. Within a 40 minute drive are attractions such as the Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia.

Inside there is a lounge with three piece suite, coffee table, side tables, sideboard, standard lamp, Smart TV (you can log into your Netflix/Prime etc account on the TV but please remember to log out when you leave). The front door enters directly into the lounge. At the rear of the lounge are doors to the patio (this has a large pool which is not heated). Access to the kitchen, bath/shower rooms and bedrooms is off a hallway from the lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped for four people.

Bedrooms - a linen pack which includes bedding and towels is provided (bath and hand towels).
Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and additional bedside storage - clothes and suitcases can all fit into wardrobes. Bedroom windows overlook the rear of the property and the covered naya. Each bedroom has a long mirror. We provide a hairdryer.

Bedroom one - There is a king bed in this room.

Bedroom two - There are two single beds in this room.

All bathrooms have a power socket suitable for shavers - if you have UK appliances we have adaptors in the villa for your convenience.
Wifi - free (code will be in the guest information).

Outside / garden for use by guests
Covered naya accessed directly from the villa with a three seater sofa, side tables and rattan armchairs.

There is a large BBQ (requiring charcoal). We leave everything you should need to light the BBQ and dispose of the ash, but you need to buy your own charcoal.

5 x 10 metre swimming pool (please note that the pool is not heated but it is maintainedall year round). Unless you are used to very cold water swimming, a wet suit is recommended if you want to swim outside of April to October.

We have a washing machine in an outside room and there is a rotary washing line.

We also have a roof terrace accessed via a wrought iron spiral staircase. There are extensive views from here but no furniture is allowed on the roof terrace and no children are allowed up there.

Changeover days can be flexible. Please note that due to changes in local Spanish rental laws, the villa touristic licence means there is a maximum rental period of 10 nights.

We are also fully registered with the relevant Spanish regional authority to rent our villa for six persons but only let this for four (two bedrooms) during the winter and spring. You will be required to provide identity information for the Spanish government. Note: Access to the property will not be provided unless this is submitted.

No guest packs are provided other than a litre bottle of water and UHT milk but we leave basic condiments. Kitchen essentials such as washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towel, hand towel, dishwasher pods, detergents, new dishcloth and scourer, are left for convenience.
