Villa Rafaello is a welcoming single-storey villa located in the Areias de S. João area of Albufeira. Set in a relatively quiet zone yet just minutes away from restaurants, amenities, nightlife and Forte de S. João Beach, this property offers the ideal balance between convenience and tranquility.



The villa features a cosy living room and a bright dining area, both in open plan with the kitchen, creating a spacious and harmonious environment perfect for relaxation and quality time with family or friends. The dining area provides direct access to the terrace and the pool, ensuring seamless indoor–outdoor living.



Villa Rafaello offers two double bedrooms, providing a comfortable and practical stay. The property also includes one bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering all the necessary convenience for day-to-day living.



The fully equipped open-plan kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals comfortably at home.



Outside, the villa boasts a private swimming pool, ideal for enjoying the Algarve sunshine, as well as a pleasant al fresco dining area with BBQ, perfect for relaxed dinners under the Albufeira sky.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).





Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great Stay in a Calm and Convenient Spot

We had a truly pleasant time here the space felt welcoming and easy to enjoy, with everything flowing nicely between indoors and outdoors. The atmosphere was relaxing yet close to everything we needed, making our break feel effortless. We also loved trying one of the company’s boat tours, which made the trip even more memorable.

Great Atmosphere and Very Enjoyable Stay

We really liked the warm and easygoing feel of the place it created the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy a few quiet days. The layout worked well for relaxing both inside and outside. We also enjoyed one of the company’s boat trips, which added a fun highlight to our holiday.

Lovely Experience and Smooth Stay

The house offered a great balance between comfort and tranquility, and everything felt easy and pleasant during our time there. The team was especially kind and helpful, which made our stay even better. As a bonus, the airport transfer service was super convenient.

Comfortable Stay in a Peaceful Setting

The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the house had everything needed for an easy and comfortable break. We enjoyed spending time both indoors and outdoors, making the most of the pleasant surroundings. The Algarbe restaurant was also a lovely recommendation during our visit.

Relaxing Spot for a Perfect Break

The place felt cozy and well-organised, giving us exactly the peaceful retreat we were looking for while still being close to plenty of things to do.
