The air-conditioned villa combines modern comfort with rustic charm and features a private pool, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. It can accommodate up to seven guests. Outside, you’ll find an outdoor kitchen, a shower, and several terraces where you can relax.

Depending on the season, you can pick your own almonds, lemons, pomegranates, or figs. From the terrace, you can see the Mediterranean Sea and, on clear days, even the coast of Africa.

Inside the bright dining room is a large table for cosy meals with family or friends. The cosy living room, with its fireplace and modern amenities, offers comfort and relaxation.

The villa’s outdoor spaces are designed for pure relaxation. The 4×8-meter private pool, surrounded by spacious terraces, invites you to take a refreshing dip under the Andalusian sun. Comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas offer both sun and shade. They’re perfect for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a siesta.

Each of the various terraces creates its own unique atmosphere: from a sunny spot by the pool to a covered dining area for long, cosy meals in the shade. The outdoor kitchen and shower make outdoor living comfortable and carefree. From every corner, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the almond trees and rolling hills, with the Mediterranean Sea glistening in the distance.

As the sun sets, the terraces transform into a peaceful spot for a drink or dinner under the stars. In short, it’s a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and authentic Spanish charm.

The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Fresh linens and soft towels are provided, and all rooms are air-conditioned. Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and enjoy cosy evenings by the fireplace or in front of the TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle—everything you need for delicious meals. A washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing board, and iron are also at your disposal. Free parking is available right at the villa.

House Rules:
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the finca, parties and events are not permitted, smoking indoors is prohibited, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed. It is not permitted to allow individuals who are not registered as guests with the owners to stay and/or spend the night in or near the villa. This ensures that La Mimosa remains a pleasant, clean, and comfortable place for all guests.

A New Chapter: From Casa Tranquila to La Mimosa
After more than twenty years, a new chapter has begun. In 2025, the property welcomed new owners, who—with great respect for its tranquil character—gave it a new name: La Mimosa.
The name is inspired by the beautiful mimosa trees that bloom around the house every spring. Although the name has changed, the essence remains the same: a serene spot in the Andalusian hills where guests can unwind, experience nature, and feel at home.
Over the past few months, the villa has been carefully refreshed and modernised, while preserving the charm and tranquility that guests of Casa Tranquila have always cherished.
We look forward to welcoming you to La Mimosa—the same peaceful place, with a new name and a warm new beginning.
Please note: the road to the villa will be fully paved by August 2025. Only the last 300 metres is an easily passable sandy path, suitable for any car.
