Villa Casa Olives by Escape Home

This magnificent villa, completely renovated and modernised, is situated in an enviable location with spectacular views of Cala Galdana beach. The views from the rear terrace, the gardens and the pool area are simply impressive. At the front, the property boasts a large plot and benefits from a semi-circular driveway with two access points, which provides convenience.



With a very convenient location, the villa is just 600 metres from the beach, as well as shops and restaurants.



The villa has five double bedrooms: four of them with single beds and one with a double bed. It has three bathrooms, two with baths and one with a shower. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning with sensors.



Outside, the property offers a splendid terrace with views of the sea and Cala Galdana beach, equipped with a built-in barbecue, outdoor furniture and hammocks for up to 10 people, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.



The kitchen, fully equipped, has a fridge, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and capsule coffee maker. In addition, the villa has a separate laundry room with a washing machine, a climate-controlled office area with table and chairs, and a spacious lounge with television with international channels and free wifi.

For groups formed by guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
