Perfecto!

Fantastic location, exactly as described. Walking distance of everything in historic Lisboa. Having the washer/dryer available was a bonus. Easy to gain access, communication was easy. Bathrooms were more spacious than I expected based on prior European visits. You won't be disappointed when staying here. Take a ride on the Trolley or walk to the waterfront... it's all here. Make sure to hit up the markets and get to know the locals. Obrigado.

Centrally located luxury refuge

For our brief Lisbon visit we had a corner unit with two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, kitchen, living room and functioning washer/dryer (a first for us after several recent stays in the UK). The windows are nicely glazed to keep out traffic noise, which is not that bad at this particular end of Sao Nicolau since it is a pedestrian street. The building appears to have undergone a very recent upgrade with new elevator and stairs, as well as all interior spaces, with marble accented bathrooms, very good lighting and shutters that did a good job keeping out the light for a peaceful sleep. Close to the Metro and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, with easy access to the principal sights, we were very happy to have selected Sao Nicolau.

Family of six

Centrally located but on a quieter street than the crazy touristic streets. The unit has been completely updated with new windows, beds, fixtures, and even hidden appliances. Bathrooms and showers were super nice. Generous Nespresso coffee selections. AC worked perfectly. Laundry detergent and dishwasher pods included. Elevator to third floor was appreciated. Would highly recommend this modern unit in an old classic building. Only issue we had was contacting Ando Living via the VRBO app. Direct email was the only way to get a hold of them before our trip.
