The location is unbeatable: supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and a children's park just a few metres away, and the town centre 1 km away. You can reach natural areas such as Barranco Blanco in just a few minutes, golf courses like Alhaurín Golf or Lauro Golf, and in less than 20–25 minutes you can be in Málaga, Fuengirola, Mijas or the beaches on the coast.



The apartment features a 24 m² terrace, WiFi, air conditioning in the lounge, heating, balcony, two televisions and all the amenities needed for short or long stays. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and everything you need to cook comfortably.

🔹 Mandatory deposit before check-in (refundable 48 hours after inspection).

🔹 Pets welcome on request and weighing less than 4 kg. A maximum of two pets per booking are allowed, with an additional supplement applied for each one not included in the booking. 🐾

🔹 Parties and noise during rest hours are not permitted.

🔹 Travel insurance is recommended.

⏰ IMPORTANT: Arrivals from 21:00 onwards incur an additional cost that must be paid at check-in.
