From the dining area, French doors open onto a pretty paved courtyard with garden furniture, providing a pleasant and relaxing spot to enjoy breakfast before heading out to explore this cheerful seaside town.
The beach is just 200 metres away, with the famous Gun Hill cannons just a short stroll to the south, and the pier, lighthouse and model boat pond to the north. Southwold is also home to a vintage cinema and a host of friendly pubs and restaurants. The picturesque village of Walberswick is just over a mile away.
