Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3bedroom/2bath house. Newly remodeled, inside and out! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, with own master bathroom and soaking tub. The other rooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people. The cozy living room is furnished with 2 full size couches, love seat, large TV and fireplace. The kitchen is perfect for dining in. We have a dining table and kitchen table for eating and entertainment. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer for you convenience. The enormous back yard is equipped with an inset fire pit, 20x30 sandbox with wood play-set for the kiddos and a huge patio. The driveway is equipped to hold 8 vehicles if travelers are arriving separately! Very spacious inside and out with an open layout! Also, we are one block away from Walgreens, Target, grocery store, liquor store, Sloans Lake Park, pizza, and 3 blocks from bars! 5 min uber to the heart of Downtown (Including Pepsi Center and Mile High Stadium)! We are located walking distance to dispensaries but ask NO SMOKING of any kind in the house as we like to keep our property immaculate for the next guest! Thanks, we hope you enjoy your stay! The host was super responsive- responded to texts within an hour, recommended things to do, gave tips on neighborhood, etc. the house was well equipped and has good amenities including a big parking lot, a backyard with grill and many patio furniture sets and a kids play area. The house was also close to the downtown which made drives easy. All over a pleasant stay.
This place really was the "perfect spot!" It was located in a great area with lots of things for us to do nearby. The house was very comfortable and spacious and our children loved playing in the outdoor play area. Can't wait to visit again!
We all enjoyed the big cozy couch. The location of the property to bus stops and everything we wanted to do in and outside of the city was the biggest plus of the property. The house was overall was perfect, though the beds were on the firm side.
Lots of seating for visiting with a larger group. Master bath accessible through bedroom and laundry room so others could use it without passing through bedroom. Video games were fun for the boys. Great outdoor area.
Great big house with plenty of room for everyone. My daughter loved the yard and playground! A bit of road noise, so if youre a light sleeper, avoid the main bedroom! Apart from that we had no issues!
The property sits on a busy street where you hear cars/music until about 1am. A lot of homeless in the area. The house is currently for sale. The driveway and interior is spacious bit that’s about it. The interior needs updating

We bought this property because of the location. It is so close to everything! 5 minutes to Downtown, 20 minutes to the mountains, walking distance parks, light rail and the bus stop on the corner! Did I mention the property has 3 addresses? Yes, the backyard is that big!
