The place was great, the management company was very responsive, we had few issues, they were not able to fix the split unit on the top floor it was loud, but they send the technician right away and cleaned the unit. There couple construction sites near the unit, unfortunately they started very early every day. After we left the owner blamed us for a broken shutter, which was not working from day one, it is electrical shutter so you push the button up or down and the shutter will stop automatically. I tried to explain it to owner that it is impossible to break it, and it could be an issue with the internal motor, he tried to make me pay 300 euros, I refused then he dropped to 150 euros. By the way I had bought insurance but as a matter of principle I refused to make a claim for something I did not do. The management company was excellent, and I will rent any place they manage, but not this owner.
