Beach lovers will find the beaches of Fornells just 4 kilometres away, while other leisure options such as the Son Parc golf course are 12 kilometres away. Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory deposit in the case of groups of young people under 26 years old. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behaviour of the group during the stay have been verified.

Pets are not accepted.



Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

In the event that this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
