Brand new mountain modern home located on a quiet street in one of Ketchum's best neighborhoods, within short walking distance of downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley's River Run Lodge. The home is warm and inviting, with sophisticated design touches and contemporary furnishings throughout. You'll love relaxing in the ground floor Great Room which features a gas fire place with cozy chairs for reading or the watching the huge TV, comfortable couches for lounging, a dining table that converts to a pool table (!), and an open kitchen with brand new appliances. Two sets of patio doors off the Great Room open to an outdoor lounging area with a fire pit and an outdoor dining table and BBQ.

The ground floor Master Bedroom includes a beautiful four-poster California King bed, large TV, a stunning bathroom with heated-floor, shower and tub, as well as a huge walk-in closet. Across the hall is the Den that includes a TV, desk and sofa that converts to a queen bed with a Tempu-Pedic mattress. Upstairs are two bedrooms with several windows that provide a light, airy feel. Both have en-suite bathrooms and showers. One bedroom has a California King bed and the other is outfitted with two XL full beds.

Sonos and super-fast WiFi is available throughout the house. The home also has a garage for parking your SUV or car, as well as off-street parking.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this modern, beautiful, perfectly located home. Kim makes it all very easy - from booking the home to checking in to the actual stay. We really enjoyed the location because of the proximity to town. The home was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our long stay.

This is a special house in a great/quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. The home is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the indoor and outdoor space allows for fun gatherings for family. We have been coming to Sun Valley for many years and this is our hands-down favorite!

We've rented this home multiple times and really enjoy it. The layout is great with a lovely master suite and two upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is very well-equipped for actual cooking, which we very much appreciated. Kim, the owner, was incredibly responsive to any concerns or questions. We'd love to rent again!

We had a fantastic stay! The home is both beautifully decorated and wonderfully set up for family enjoyment. The hot tub and dining table / pool table were big hits. Communication with Kim was positive and timely. We loved it so much we decided to extend our stay another night!

We had a wonderful week. The house was immaculate. Perfectly located near the mountain and town. Everything was either a 3 min drive or you could walk. Had an issue with an electrical outage messing up the thermostat and both the owner and property manager were fabulous in repairing the problem, immediately. And the skiing was perfect! Thank you

This home is beautiful and well appointed! The home has everything you need—a lot of family friendly games, pool table, spa, and even high chair & playpack for our sweet granddaughter!Our family has some fragrance sensitivities. Kim was easy to work with in having the housekeeper use appropriate cleaners. Great communication.Having adult married kids, the home is perfect with ensuite bathrooms for EVERY bedroom. We felt like we were at home in the kitchen which is excellently stocked for someone who loves to cook.And what a beautiful home this is! The main area has huge windows — so fun to sit back and watch the snow fall which it did all day Sunday!Our stay was fabulous and Kim has truly thought out what is needed for a family or friends to enjoy their stay. Best VRBO we ever stayed in. Thank you!

This is that diamond in the rough any family dreams of finding...and now that its been "discovered," we keep coming back. A great home. Great owners. Great location. Everything you'd ever want in a home rental. Why they chose this property

Our house is brand new, with a great layout. We love the big windows and high-ceilings which make the home light and airy, and bring the outside in, as well as being on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. Its location near both downtown and River Run lodge is terrific for the entire family.
