A nice place in the Graça neighborhood

We had a nice time staying in the Lisbonne property. It was quite well-equipped for our one-week stay. We didn't realize the particulars of checking in (after 4pm?), but José was able to accommodate us. The location is good, with a nice restaurant and full-service supermarket with a.5-10 minute walk. A closer metro station would have been helpful, but we managed. Obrigados!!

Unfit to Stay – Dirty, Misrepresented, and Hostile to life

We checked in on July 23 and found the property in completely unsanitary condition: brown-stained bath towels, dirty bed linens, broken drywall, and damaged furniture — none of which were disclosed in the listing. We immediately sent timestamped photos to VRBO support.On July 24, during a three-way call with VRBO and the host’s team, they promised clean linens would be delivered by 10 a.m. the next day. No one ever showed. We waited until noon on July 25 — still nothing. No updates, no resolution. The host also tried to move communication off-platform to WhatsApp, which violates VRBO policy.We were left to purchase our own towels just to get by, and ultimately cut our stay short because the unit was unlivable. Over 48 hours passed with zero action from the host, despite multiple complaints and promises.Then, unbelievably, the host had the actual nerve to send us an 80 invoice for "extra cleaning" — after we left early and had to bring our own towels because the place was filthy.This was a materially misrepresented property, run by a company that failed to provide even basic hospitality or sanitation. We could not stay the full booking. A formal complaint has been submitted to VRBO, and we are seeking a full refund.Avoid this rental — and this host — at all costs.

Très bel appartement que je recommande

Nous avons passé une semaine à Lisbonne très agréable aussi grâce à l'appartement. L'appartement est lumineux, spacieux, bien décoré et très bien situé. Le bus dépose aux pieds de l'immeuble, et le métro à 5 minutes à pieds, mais surtout accès rapide à l'hyper centre de Lisbonne. De belles pièces lumineuses et spacieuses. Nous étions 2 mais le logement peut accueillir plus de personnes au besoin. Une belle vue sur la mer très agréable au réveil également. De plus, une bonne insonorisation ce qui est important aussi. En résumé c'est un très bel appartement avec de nombreux rangements et entièrement conforme aux photos. Nous recommandons largement ce logement pour tous ceux qui veulent passer un exceller séjour à Lisbonne.
