Eat-in kitchen with quartz counter-tops and separate dining area in great room. Bird watchers paradise with view from screened lanai. Outdoor patio, single car garage. Access to communal pool, walking paths, boardwalk, shuffleboard, tennis and bocce courts, fitness center, fishing ponds. Close to shopping, dining, theater, golf and beaches.
Master bedroom includes king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and master bathroom with 2 sinks and walk-in shower.

Very clean and comfortable villa in the gated community of Bay Forest. The landscaping and beauty of the property makes a morning walk the perfect way to start the day! Neighbors were great! The pools were great! We are looking forward to a return trip.

A special place

This villa came fully equipped with everything you’d need. We especially like the location in Bonita, away from Naples or Ft. Myers. The unit offered a lovely view of a natural pond and bird sanctuary. We had a five-star stay.

Lovely month in north Naples villa!

Wow, what a delightful month we had at this north Naples gem of a property! The villa is spacious, very clean and nicely appointed, and the owners were very communicative and have provided everything you need to appreciate your visit. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for us, and we loved having a garage (with bikes!) and laundry facilities right at our fingertips. We enjoyed the fully equipped & updated kitchen, quiet sunlit mornings on the front patio, lovely afternoons at the community pool, friendly neighbors, beautiful bird-watching over the lagoon just off the back lanai - and all just 10 minutes from Bonita Beach and the huge variety of restaurants/shopping/amenities close by. The Bay Forest community is peaceful and welcoming, with miles of beautifully landscaped walking trails & a boardwalk leading right out to a Wiggins Pass Estuarine viewing area. Renters are invited to take part in any scheduled activities. This was a perfect location for a month in Naples. The photos are accurate, but don't fully do justice to this nice rental option. We would definitely stay here again!

Like a Resort!

My sister and I stayed here for about 7 weeks in April and May and it was marvelous! The property was spacious, comfortable and easy on the eye! The walking paths and pool were delightful! There was a club house with a gym and small library as well as pickle ball and tennis courts. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. And the owners were absolutely delightful to deal with and very responsive! And let me say - the birds were a wonder to behold! We really enjoyed ourselves!

A quiet, comfortable villa/condo on a Beautiful Florida property!

Spacious clean and comfortable villa with everything you need to enjoy a great vacation! Property is beautifully landscaped and great for morning walks or just relaxing and enjoying a quiet and wonderful setting! We particular enjoyed being 10 minutes from the beach along with the community pool! Great shopping and a variety of restaurants nearby! Can't wait to go back! ariety of restaurants nearby!

Pure perfection

Very clean and spacious, the pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful wildlife bay right out of the back lanai with a variety of birds! Nice sun porch in the front is just perfect for having your morning coffee. The grounds are peaceful and beautiful with paved walk/bike paths. Shopping and restaurants are nearby by car.
