* luxuriously refurbished in early 2013 with new, high-quality furniture and household goods + WIFI
* 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed with cupboard. The 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds with a cupboard. The 3rd bedroom is a few steps lower and is a guest stay with a double bed shower - toilet -lababe and cupboard, all with air conditioning, fly windows double glass + shutter
* fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath / shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer
* several storage rooms with washing machine, iron and ironing board
* living and dining room with flat screen smart TV
* large furnished terrace: half veranda and half open with awning breathtaking sea view in clear weather you can see Ibiza
* apartment is on a mountain. Car necessary parking just in front of the apartment
* very quiet
