A flirtatious villa located in a relaxed setting in Crestatx, in the northern area of the island, a few kilometres by car from the beautiful towns of Alcúdia and Pollença. It has all the amenities for 6 people, including a private pool, spacious garden and barbecue area.
In the outdoor areas of this beautiful property, you will find an ideal place to spend your holidays and enjoy the swimming pool, which is 9 m long by 4 m wide, with a depth ranging from 1 m to 2.20 m.
You can sunbathe on the available loungers and enjoy delicious meals and dinners cooked in the outdoor kitchen, which has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, and gas barbecue (the wood-fired oven cannot be used).
The outdoor area is completed with a toilet, a designated volleyball playing area, landscaped zones, and a porch where you can enjoy a good book or spend quality time with friends or family.
The interior, with a modern and simple style, is distributed on a single floor with air conditioning in all its rooms. The living-dining room has a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and a table for 6 diners. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the utensils to cook comfortably during your stay. In the house, you can rest in three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other 2 with 2 single beds each. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The house has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board at your disposal. Lastly, if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
