It features a modern sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed, a dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, American coffee machine, moka pot, and toaster. The living room opens onto a lovely covered patio and garden, furnished with a dining table and chairs, from which you can enjoy a magnificent lake view.
The apartment continues with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and WC.
Guests have access to a private parking space inside the residence courtyard and free Wi-Fi.
The shared pool is open from May 1st to September 30th and can be used from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. Wearing a swimming cap may be required.
Guests may request a baby cot and high chair for a small extra fee.
Pets are allowed upon request for a small extra fee.
Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, you will receive all the instructions needed to access the property independently.
