Très joli appartement, conforme à la description. Entièrement équipé. Seule remarque : en arrière, on entend le bruit de la hotte d'une cuisine. Un peu bruyant et il y a des odeurs de cuisine.

This was a nice apartment in a good location in Nice. It was expensive but suitably-priced for the area. Communication from the host was good and local information was provided. Facilities were very good and there were nice touches like umbrellas for the beach (I think - I didn't actually open to check but they looked like breach umbrellas!) and beach towels. There are quite a lot of rules and expectations but I personally found it helpful to know clearly what was expected. The flat had air conditioning which generally worked well - on very hot days the bedrooms remained a little too warm but, for Nice, having air-con throughout the apartment was a plus.
