Check in process was a bit hectic. Had to walk around the back of the unit to gain access, then open the front door to grab a key fob to open the gate for the vehicle. Communication was good. The wifi was not operating. There was no running water on the 3rd floor bedroom. Both unit access points door locks were almost inoperable. Front door lock screen did not display any information until it cooled down at night. Back door lock was operable but latch was holding on by a thread. The sliding door glass was broken. Ceiling fans had excessive dirt. One shower drain cover was incorrect and not secured. A few of the closet doors were not there. TV’s were not programmed or had any type of service.. list goes on. This place needs a lot of repairs and upgrades to be decent. Outside common pool area was pleasant
