The Space:

Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in this welcoming bungalow, perfect for families, friends or small groups looking for a home-from-home base in York. With cosy living spaces, thoughtful extras and everything you need for a stress-free break, you’ll be able to settle in from the moment you arrive.



Parking is available both on the street and on the drive, making check-in nice and easy. Wi-Fi is also included throughout the property.



The lounge is a great space to unwind, with comfortable seating for up to 6 guests, a Smart TV, and a dining table for shared meals. We kindly ask that guests do not eat in the bedrooms.



For a chilled evening in, you’ll find a selection of games and paperback books in the hallway. Feel free to take a book with you if you don’t finish it during your stay, or swap it for another when you leave. There are also books about York and the local area for you to enjoy during your visit, but we kindly ask these remain in the property.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a kettle, toaster, microwave, slow cooker, and a full oven with gas hob. To help you get started, we’ll also provide a few essentials on arrival including tea, coffee, sugar. Breakfast isn’t included, but you’ll have everything you need to make your own.



The bungalow offers three bedrooms — two doubles and one twin — with linen and towels provided, along with hairdryers in the double rooms. A travel cot and highchair can also be provided upon request, making it a great choice for families.



The bathroom includes a bath with shower, and we supply soap, toilet rolls, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner for your convenience.



You’ll also find a bus timetable and local leaflets in the hallway to help you plan your days out and make the most of your stay in York.
