​Sleeping Area: A spacious and versatile bedroom featuring a double bed and an additional single bed (with an extra pull-out single bed), perfect for couples or small families. It is equipped with a smart TV and mood lighting provided by pendant lamps.
​Bathroom: A modern and refined space in shades of black and wood, featuring a large walk-in shower, a designer sink, and high-quality finishes that evoke an industrial-chic style.

Free building parking for small/medium-sized cars, or paid blue-line parking in the adjacent area.
Hourly Rates (Blue-Line Zones): €0.80 per hour (€8 per day)
Hours: in effect on weekdays ( (08:00-13:00, and 15:00-20:00), but it is advisable to check the on-site signage.

The tourist tax (€3.00 per person—free for children under 10—€1.50 for those aged 10 to 17) is not included and is payable only for the first 5 days of your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was just as beautiful as the pictures, and everything was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully kept. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always getting back to us quickly whenever we had a question. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and made the whole process so easy.We felt very comfortable and welcomed during our stay, and it was a great place to come back to after exploring the area. We truly appreciated how smooth and enjoyable everything was and would happily stay here again!

Apartment is located by the Mestre station which was extremely convenient. We were able to spend 3 days to explore Venice, Murano, and Burano. Apartment is very nice and very clean!
