Chalet next to the beach in Alcudia, Sa Marina

Can Panseta is a villa, on the beach of Sa Marina, in Alcúdia, ideal for up to 8 guests. (5 adults and up to 3 children)


It is distributed over three floors, on the ground floor has a large living room with views of the terrace, where you can enjoy relaxing family atmosphere or plan the day. On the terraces or the garden you can celebrate great evenings, use the sunbeds for sunbathing, showers after the beach or even use the barbecue! If you like to cook, you will find everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen, including a ceramic hob, utensils, eating area and dishwasher. The laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board is on the terrace. On the ground floor there is a toilet.
On the first floor you have three bedrooms, all with wardrobe. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with fan, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, air conditioning and exit to a terrace with sea views. Bedroom 3 has a single bed. A bathroom with bath and bidet serves the first floor. For our youngest guests we prepare a cot and a highchair. We also have a portable air conditioner so you can use it wherever you want.
On the second floor there is the large bedroom 4, with a double and single bed, air conditioning and a terrace with views of the sea and the mountains.

Guest access

Full access to the entire house except the garage.

We will be available to inform and advise you whenever you wish. We appreciate our guests!

The celebration of parties and events is not allowed.
We do not accept pets.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
