Son Serra de Marina is a very special part of Majorca, it is a protected area. The long sandy beach is beautiful, with lovely clear water for swimming. Depending on the weather it is also a top spot for surfing and windsurfing.

All facilities are within walking distance, the house is very central with the advantage of being near the beach and promenade next to the sea.
There are some great restaurants and bars, just 500 meters walk from the house, so supermarket and pharmacy.

Many beaches and calas are close by ... Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Alcudia and Cala Ratjada.
From Palma airport it is around 50-60 minutes by car.

-Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21. 00 hours, there is a late check in fee which can be paid in cash on arrival. The latest check in time is at 23:00 hours.
48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number). either before or on arrival.

-Added to the booking price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0.25 € per kWh by the meter reading. The numbers on the clock will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
