Villa Guindaste II – Luxury with Pool & Sea View

Villa Guindaste II is a luxurious, modern single-story villa in Faial, Santana, ideal for families or groups of up to 6 guests. The villa features three bedrooms (one suite with double bed, one double bedroom, and one with two single beds), two bathrooms (including a suite bathroom and an additional bathroom with shower), and a laundry area with washing and drying machines.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the dining and living areas, creating a perfect space for socializing. Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, BBQ, leisure area, private parking, and breathtaking sea views. The villa’s décor is modern and elegant, combining comfort and functionality.

Located in a tranquil area with stunning natural surroundings, the property is just minutes from shops, restaurants, cafés, and local attractions, offering both privacy and convenience. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away, and transfers or car rentals are recommended for easy access.

Guests have access to all areas of the property. The team is always available to assist, and an app is provided with important information for your stay.

Other notes:
- All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior).
- Bed linen, towels, baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are available upon request.
- First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are provided.
- A municipal tourist tax of €2 per person/night (ages 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person), will be charged via a link sent before arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 10:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
