Oasis Praia Carvoeiro Bay is a modern two-bedroom townhouse just steps from Carvoeiro Beach, one of the Algarve's top vacation destinations. It offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, which can be enjoyed directly from any point on the property, especially from the panoramic terrace. The villa is fully equipped, has A/C and is inserted in a condominium with swimming pool with sea view, garden and also garage with two parking spaces.

￫ Building
Duplex townhouse with direct access to the condominium pool that is shared by owners and guests from all over the world, creating a pleasant atmosphere with an international flair. All living spaces have free WiFi access, air conditioning, heating and electric blinds. Free parking is also available.

￫ Rooms
The property has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, an optional crib, balcony with sea view, air conditioning, electric blinds and TV. The second bedroom has two single beds, garden view, air conditioning and television.

￫ Bathrooms
The property has two bathrooms. One with a combination whirlpool tub and shower and the other being a toilet with sink.

￫ Living/Dining Room
The Living/Dining Room is equipped with Smart TV (with Netflix account), Satellite TV (English and Portuguese), a work desk and direct access to the garden and pool.

￫ Terrace
The house has a relaxing terrace with outdoor furniture.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included).

￫ Common Area
In the common area you will have access to an outdoor pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, sun loungers and garden.

￫ Parking
Two parking spaces in the underground parking lot.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 10:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Baby Chair is available upon request and is subject to an additional charge.
￫ In order to ensure your safety and in accordance with Covid-19 best practices, our properties are always cleaned by a professional cleaning service.
￫ For reservations equal or longer than 28 nights, the property bills are included up to 150€. Exceeding amounts will be charged separately.
￫ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
