Welcome to our warm & nostalgic coastal hideaway —your peaceful oceanside oasis overlooking the breathtaking Monterey Bay. Our condo features a newly remodeled kitchen and a cozy living room complete with a TV and a fireplace that accommodates Duraflame logs for those perfect, relaxing evenings. Fresh paint throughout adds to the bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, while the guest room offers two Twin beds and convenient access to a Jack-and-Jill–style bathroom, providing privacy and ease for everyone. On the top floor, enjoy an expansive deck with sweeping ocean and river views—the ideal spot for sunrise coffees, sunset toasts, or simply soaking in the coastal tranquility.

If you’re seeking peace and beauty, this is your getaway. Just down the road, indulge in the freshest seafood at Moss Landing, kayak through the Elkhorn Slough where sea otters play, explore the shops and restaurants of Monterey, or sate your wanderlust with a scenic drive to Big Sur. Everything is remarkably close, yet you’ll feel worlds away.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A great view

Pajaro dunes is a wonderful community to visit. There are security and a gate and a reception office. The condo itself was lovely. The view was outstanding One small concern is the toilets are very short and for people with mobility issues they were hard to get up from.

Beautiful beach, great access to nature

A beach like this is obviously amazing when the weather is good - but the apartment is also lovely when the weather is bad. The view is great, the size inside is more than enough for a family of four, and it is neat and clean.

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Pajaro. We enjoyed breathtaking views and enjoyed the pristine beach which is just steps away. The apartment was clean, and really helped us relax and enjoy our little family. It was a real treat to stay here and we would most definitely do it again.

Great spot for a quiet-private beach!

Really nice! Great views from deck and windows. We love the quiet/private beach! It is on the 3rd story - but the ramp makes it easy for walking up/bringing luggage. Condo could use some updating...but it was comfortable and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Location can't be beat

We had a wonderful stay at the property and enjoyed our time in the area. My family enjoyed the beach and the recreation options offered in the community, like pickleball. I did not give this property 5 stars, as it can use a bit of updating. It was however, clean, great views and had everything we needed for our stay.

Family fun

This unit was clean, well stocked, and the view was fabulous. They made check in a breeze and responded quickly to any questions. The only thing that could have been improved was that the beds were a little hard/not super comfy. But overall it was a great stay and would stay there again!

The view was perfect

The property was perfect for my purposes…I wanted to see the bay while I worked. But the unit needs an upgrade, new flooring, new furniture, bathroom remodel. The quality of the bath linens was great, especially given how old everything else was. But, I chose the unit specifically because of the table right in the glass enclosed corner so that I could work and still see the water. Beach access was perfect for twice daily walks.

Coastal relaxing

Very comfortable place; couch and bed. Spacious and bright. Has all the simple things you needed in the kitchen for cooking except it does not have a BBQ grill. The pictures in listing shows one but I did not see one when i arrived.
