Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodations since 2005.
The property, measuring 130 m², stands out for its luminosity and open views of the mountain and garden, creating an ideal environment to disconnect. It features 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room, offering a practical layout for both families and groups of friends for a maximum of 6 people.
In the exterior, you will find a spacious private garden with furniture, a 130 m² terrace, a charcoal barbecue and a fenced private swimming pool, a safety plus highly valued when travelling with children or pets. Additionally, it has outdoor parking within the plot.
The interior combines comfort and functionality: living room with air conditioning, glazed winter terrace with A/C and fireplace, 4 fans, heat pump heating, wifi, Smart TV, mosquito nets throughout the dwelling and a very cosy rest area for any time of the year.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, Dolce Gusto and Italian coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer, designed for both short and long stays.
The location is another of its strengths: just a few minutes from local restaurants and cafés and very well connected with supermarkets, golf courses, natural parks and beaches of the Costa del Sol. In less than half an hour you can be in Málaga capital, Fuengirola or in natural spaces such as Barranco Blanco or the Sierra de las Nieves.
