Dining room with dining table and chairs seating 10, ornamental fireplace, with full height sash windows leading to the garden

Children's Snug with bean bags, games and toys

Study with desk and piano

First Floor

Bedroom 1 (sleeps 3) in Super King size bed, with single day bed. (suitable for children only. Please request in advance if you would like this set up for a fee of £50)

Bathroom (ensuite to bedroom 1 with lockable access from hallway for shared use) with double vanity, shower and WC

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) in Twin beds

Bedroom 3 (sleeps 3) in King size bed and sofa bed (Suitable for a child. Please request in advance if you would like this set up for a fee of £50)

Bedroom 4 (sleeps 2) in King size bed.

Bathroom (ensuite to bedroom 4 with lockable access from hallway for shared use) with roll top bath, shower, double vanity and WC.
