This charming ground-floor studio loft, located on a quiet street, offers an open and functional space where the sleeping area, living room, and kitchen blend together harmoniously. Its bright, minimalist design creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.

The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed, located next to a cozy sofa and a coffee table, creating the perfect spot to relax, read, or enjoy a movie.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator, allowing you to prepare your meals comfortably during your stay.

The separate, modern bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, and toilet, offering a practical and functional space.

The loft also includes a small dining area that can also be used as a workspace, ideal for both leisure stays and remote work.

The wooden floors, neutral tones, and carefully selected décor create a sense of tranquility and comfort that will make you feel right at home.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

The host is available for communication via phone or email, ensuring any inquiries or needs are addressed promptly, providing a seamless experience.

Located in the vibrant L'Hort de Senabre neighborhood, this area offers a blend of local charm and modern conveniences. Enjoy proximity to cultural attractions, dining options, and parks, making it a lively destination for exploration.

The property is well-served by public transport.

The nearby Patraix metro station, just a short walk away, connects you to Valencia's extensive network, providing easy access to the city center and beyond.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
