Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Hot tub for 6 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Situated on the outskirts of Aviemore near to the famous Rothiemurchas Estate, on the road to the Cairngorm Mountain Ski Centre.



Delmhor No4 sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms and has a covered hot tub for six guests in the garden.



This homeaway from home is dog-friendly and is suited ideally to smaller family groups. Located within walking distance of Aviemore town centre and on the Cairngorm Ski centre road. Delmhor No4 is a beautiful holiday home which had been fully refurbished in 2016.

A stunning property in a perfect location to all aspects of Aviemore and area.

A stunning property in a perfect location to all aspects of Aviemore and area. Walking distance to a barn cafe and farm shop with the main walking/biking trail to the mountain just across from the cottage. The property is incredibly comfortable and dog friendly with a large hotub in the back garden. Would happily stay there again.
